The 3 administrative and capital management units in the NSTDA consist of manpower development units. Competitive Competitiveness Enhancement Unit and area-based development units that primarily focus on the grassroots economy, with all 3 units established Once formed and nurtured to ensure that it can be an effective capital administration and management unit, it will speed up the spin-off from the NSTDA as soon as possible. which is expected to take no more than 3 years
The capital administration and management unit established in the NSTDA under the supervision of the Policy Council consists of 3 units: 1. Human resource development administration and management unit and scholarships for the development of higher education institutions Research and Innovation (PCC) Allocate funds for human resource development in areas necessary for the country's development according to policies and strategies on higher education, science, research and innovation. and government policies including scholarships Scholarships to support researchers and other post-graduate personnel Scholarships for the development of higher education institutions and research and innovation institutions and funding for the development of infrastructure in science and technology. 2. Fund Management and Management Unit for Enhancement of National Competitiveness (KorKhor.) Allocates research funds and creates innovation to increase the competitiveness of the sector. manufacturing and service sector Including grants to support technology transfer creating an innovation market Promotion of commercial utilization of research results and innovations and the development of innovative platforms in the manufacturing and service sectors. Funding for the development of laboratory infrastructure for quality services and technology transfer. The funding focuses on supporting programs that involve cooperation or joint investment with users such as SMEs and the industry. 3. Administrative units and Manage research and innovation funding for development at the area level (TASC) allocate research and innovation funds for area-based development Community or local development that aims to make people live better. Have a good quality of life and raise the competitiveness of new entrepreneurs. micro business small and medium enterprises community enterprise and social enterprises at the local level
For the above 3 administrative and capital management units, they have duties and powers. To receive general grants allocated from the Science Promotion Fund research and innovation or other funding sources and manage such funds in accordance with the objectives and obligations of receiving funds Manage plans for higher education, science, research and innovation. in responsibility for achievement Prepare policies and criteria for capital allocation in various fields. in line with higher education, science, research and innovation policies and strategies and government policies and capital allocation system under the objectives of each capital administration and management unit. Prepare criteria for obtaining scholarships. Screening scholarship applications and allocate funds to scholarship recipients Encourage and coordinate grant recipients to come together to receive and implement sponsored projects. for power and success Follow up and help sponsored projects succeed. Evaluation of sponsored projects including analyzing Synthesize the results of funding various projects as a whole to see if they are successful in accordance with the higher education, science, research and innovation plans. and making proposals for the benefit of setting up new plans and prepare an annual report of the capital administration and management unit to submit to the Policy Council
