On May 18, 2023, from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM, a strategic meeting was held online via ZOOM to promote and define the national direction for the development of High Energy and Plasma Physics (HEPP). The event was conducted under a consortium-based management model aimed at fostering collaborative networks both domestically and internationally.
More than 70 professors, researchers, and interested participants from across Thailand joined the session. The meeting also marked the formation of a new national consortium in the field of HEPP.
The session was presided over by Professor Dr. Sompong Klainongsuang, Director of the Program Management Unit for Human Resources & Institutional Development, Research and Innovation (PMU-B).
It was further supported by Assistant Professor Dr. Sirinan Kulchat, Deputy Director of PMU-B.
The meeting was moderated by Associate Professor Dr. Rina Phattharamanon, Chair of the Frontier Research Cluster Coordination Committee, and Ms. Jatuporn Chokphukhiw, Chair of the SHA and AI Cluster Coordination Committe.
