PMU-B Cluster holds a discussion meeting on the advancement of the Longevity Food Program in collaboration with the Mitr Phol Group

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rina Patramanon, Chair of the PMU-B Frontier Research Cluster, and Ms. Jaturaporn Chokphukhiow, Chair of the PMU-B SHA and AI Research Cluster, together with a team of faculty members led by Prof. Dr. Sakda Daduang from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jirawan Apirakrakorn from the Faculty of Technology, Khon Kaen University, participated in a strategic discussion with the Mitr Phol Group, represented by Mr. Thak Srirattanaphat, Director of the Khonkaen Innovation Center Project under the Mitr Phol Sugar Group.
The meeting focused on advancing the Longevity Food Program, with the aim of developing prototype future foods for space sustenance and strengthening research collaboration to drive economic value in the Bio-Circular-Green (BCG) Economy. The meeting was held at the Khonkaen Innovation Center.
Following the discussion, the research team had the opportunity to tour the Mitr Phol Group’s research facilities, where they explored various innovative food technologies with strong potential to contribute significantly to Thailand’s future BCG economic growth.
